Care & Use Guide
How to use and care for every product we sell — stone facial tools, scalp combs, and eye pillows.
Face Rollers
- Apply a serum or facial oil to clean skin before starting
- Start at the neck — roll upward with light strokes
- Move to the jawline — roll outward toward the ears
- Work along the cheekbones — roll outward toward the hairline
- Use the roller across the forehead — upward and outward strokes
- Apply light to medium pressure throughout — do not press hard
- 3–5 passes per area before moving to the next section
- Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth after every use
- Do not submerge in water — the metal frame can corrode over time
- Air dry fully before storing
- Store away from direct sunlight
Gua Sha Stones
- Apply a serum or facial oil to clean skin first
- Hold the stone nearly flat against the skin — 15 to 45 degrees, not upright
- Start at the neck — work upward from the base
- Move to the jawline — use the curved edge, stroke outward toward the ears
- Work along the cheekbones — outward strokes toward the hairline
- Use the flat edge across the forehead — upward and outward
- 3–5 slow strokes per area before moving on
- Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth after every use
- Air dry before storing
- Store away from hard surfaces — natural stone can chip if knocked
- If the stone cracks or chips, stop using it
Sculpting Spoons
- Apply a serum or facial oil to clean skin first
- Use the pen tip end for smaller, detailed areas — under-eye, nose bridge, jawline, and brow line
- Use the spoon bowl end for broader areas — cheeks and forehead
- Work in short, controlled outward strokes with light pressure
- Support the skin with your opposite hand as you work
- 3–5 passes per area before moving on
- Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth after every use
- Do not submerge in water
- Place a towel in the sink area when washing — stone is slippery when wet
- Air dry fully before storing in a dry place
- Avoid dropping on hard surfaces — natural stone can crack
Scalp Gua Sha Combs
- Part the hair to expose a section of scalp
- Place the comb teeth flat against the scalp — not at a steep angle
- Apply firm, slow strokes from hairline toward the crown
- Work through each section systematically — front to back, then side to side
- Repeat 3–5 passes per section before moving on
- Rinse or wipe clean after each use to remove any product residue
- Air dry fully before storing
- Store away from hard surfaces — natural stone can chip if knocked
- Do not submerge in water
Eye Pillows
- Lie down in a comfortable position
- Place the pillow gently over both eyes — the weight of the fill keeps it in place
- For cool use: place in a sealed bag in the fridge for 30–60 minutes — do not freeze
- For warm use: wrap in a warm damp cloth, test temperature on your wrist first
- Rest for 5–20 minutes
- If the cover is removable: machine wash the cover on a gentle cycle
- Do not wash the inner fill — spot clean only if necessary
- Do not tumble dry
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- When storing in the fridge, keep in a clean sealed bag
General Care Rules
Wipe all stone tools clean with a soft damp cloth after every use. Do not leave product residue on the stone.
Do not submerge any stone tool with metal components in water. The metal hardware can corrode over time.
Handle all stone tools carefully. Natural stone can crack or chip if dropped. Stop using any cracked or damaged tool.
Store tools away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature changes. Prolonged heat can affect stone and metal components.
Colour, pattern, and texture variations between natural stone pieces are normal — not faults. No two tools look identical.
Always apply a serum or facial oil before using any stone facial tool. Never use on completely dry skin — the stone needs slip to move correctly.
