Shipping policy
At Argan With Smile, we personally handle and dispatch every order from our London studio. We are committed to transparency in our delivery process so you know exactly when your tools will arrive.
1. Domestic Shipping Only (United Kingdom) Argan With Smile currently ships exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Methods Our shipping rates are flat-fee based to ensure there are no surprises at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (£3.95): * Transit Time: 2–4 business days via Royal Mail.
- Express Shipping (£5.95): * Transit Time: 1–2 business days via Royal Mail.
- Free Standard Shipping (£0.00): * Available on all UK orders of £50 or more.
- Transit Time: 3–5 business days via Royal Mail.
- 3. Order Processing (Handling Time)
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
4. Total Estimated Delivery Time (Handling + Transit)
- Standard Orders: 3–6 business days total.
- Express Orders: 2–4 business days total.
- Free Shipping Orders: 4–7 business days total.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
- Delays: If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated date, please contact us at hello@arganwithsmile.com.
- Lost Parcels: If Royal Mail confirms a parcel is lost, we will issue a full refund or a replacement. Please notify us within 21 days of the expected delivery date.
