Refund policy

At Argan With Smile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is designed to be transparent and fully compliant with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Return Window

  • 30-Day Policy: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund.
  • 14-Day Cancellation: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. We extend this to 30 days for your peace of mind.

2. Condition of Returns To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • In their original, undamaged packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, Personal Care items (such as silk eye masks, lavender pillows, and stone tools) can only be returned if they are still in their original, unopened packaging with hygiene seals intact.

3. Restocking Fees

  • Argan With Smile does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or faulty, Argan With Smile will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Please contact us at hello@arganwithsmile.com before sending the item back.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Damaged on Arrival: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, email us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
  • Faulty Items: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days.

6. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account.

  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address for our London studio.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it via a tracked service.

  4. Keep your proof of postage until the refund is processed.
