Products & Materials
What are your tools made from?
All ArganWithSmile stone tools are made from a single, named natural stone — nephrite jade (He Tian), Xiuyan jade, rose quartz, yellow nephrite, or red jasper. Each product page states the exact material, dimensions, and physical properties. No composite materials or imitation stone are used.
Why does my tool look slightly different from the product photos?
All our tools are made from natural stone, which means colour, veining, and pattern vary between individual pieces. This is a normal characteristic of natural stone — not a defect. No two tools are identical. The product photos show a representative example of each tool.
Are your tools medical devices?
No. All ArganWithSmile products are cosmetic tools for external use only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. We make no medical or therapeutic claims about any product.
How do I use a facial roller?
Apply a facial oil or serum to clean skin first. Start at the neck and roll upward. Work from the centre of the face outward — along the jawline toward the ears, along the cheekbones toward the hairline, then across the forehead. Use light to medium pressure. 3–5 passes per area. Do not use on dry skin.
How do I use a gua sha stone?
Apply oil or serum to clean skin. Hold the stone at approximately 15 degrees — nearly flat against the skin. Always pull outward, never push. Support the skin with your opposite hand. Start at the neck, work upward. 3–5 slow strokes per area before moving on.
How do I clean and store my tools?
Wipe all stone tools with a soft damp cloth after every use. Do not submerge tools with metal frames in water — the hardware can corrode over time. Air dry fully before storing. Keep away from direct sunlight and hard surfaces. Natural stone can chip or crack if dropped.
Can I use the tools on sensitive skin?
Our tools are cosmetic tools for external use. If you have a skin condition or sensitivity, consult a qualified professional before use. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
Can I store my roller in the fridge?
Yes. Storing your roller in the fridge before use is a personal preference — it gives the stone a cooler surface temperature. The tool functions the same at room temperature. If storing in the fridge, keep in a clean covered container.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping — £3.95 (2–4 business days via Royal Mail). Express Shipping — £5.95 (1–2 business days via Royal Mail). Free Standard Shipping — available on all orders of £50 or more (3–5 business days).
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). The order cut-off time is 12:00 PM GMT. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend begin processing on Monday.
Total estimated delivery: Standard — 3–6 business days. Express — 2–4 business days. Free Shipping — 4–7 business days.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at hello@arganwithsmile.com. If Royal Mail confirms the parcel is lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement. Please notify us within 21 days of the expected delivery date.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right — we extend this to 30 days.
What condition must items be in to qualify for a return?
Items must be unused and in the same condition as received, in their original undamaged packaging. For hygiene reasons, personal care items (stone tools, eye pillows) can only be returned if they are in original unopened packaging with hygiene seals intact.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you are returning because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs — contact us before sending the item back.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, email us within 48 hours at hello@arganwithsmile.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. We will cover all return shipping costs for damaged or faulty items.
How do I start a return?
1. Email hello@arganwithsmile.com with your order number and the reason for your return. 2. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address. 3. Pack the item securely and send via a tracked service. 4. Keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Orders & Payment
When is my order confirmed?
A contract between you and Argan With Smile is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — not at the point of placing your order.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. All prices are in GBP (£). Delivery costs are displayed clearly at checkout. There are no hidden fees or additional handling charges.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption. All payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Can I cancel my order?
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel within 14 days. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@arganwithsmile.com with your order number. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns process.
Privacy & Data
What personal data do you collect?
We collect only the information necessary to process your order: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, transaction details, and technical data (IP address, browser type) collected via Shopify. If you opt in to marketing, we also store your preferences.
Do you share my data with third parties?
We only share data with essential service providers — Royal Mail (to deliver your order) and Shopify (our hosting platform). We never sell your personal data to third parties.
How long do you keep my data?
We retain order data for 6 years to comply with UK tax law. Marketing preferences are held until you withdraw consent.
What are my data rights?
Under UK law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You may also object to direct marketing at any time. Email hello@arganwithsmile.com to exercise these rights.

Our terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
