ArganWithSmile · Product Guide

How to use
your stone tools.

A practical guide to using ArganWithSmile facial rollers, gua sha stones, sculpting spoons, scalp combs, and eye pillows. Each step describes the physical action — what to do, how to hold the tool, and in which direction to move it. For cosmetic use only.

Rose quartz ridged facial roller
01 Always first

Apply a facial oil or serum to clean skin before using any stone tool. The stone needs a lubricated surface — never use on dry skin.

02 Direction

Always move stone tools outward from the centre of the face. For gua sha — always pull, never push. For rollers — roll outward and upward.

03 Pressure

Light pressure across the cheeks and forehead. Medium pressure on the jawline if preferred. Always light pressure around the eye area.

04 After use

Wipe all stone tools with a damp cloth after each use. Do not submerge tools with metal frames. Air dry before storing.

Using a ridged facial roller
01 Facial Roller

Roll outward.

Apply oil or serum to clean skin. Start at the neck and roll upward. Move to the jawline — roll outward toward the ears. Work along the cheekbones outward to the hairline. Use the roller across the forehead last — upward and outward strokes. 3–5 passes per area with light to medium pressure.

The ridged surface creates more defined contact with the skin than a smooth roller. Keep pressure consistent throughout each stroke.

Using a gua sha stone
02 Gua Sha Stone

Hold flat,
pull outward.

Hold the stone at approximately 15 degrees against the skin — nearly flat, not upright. Always pull — never push. Support the skin with your opposite hand. Start at the neck, work upward. Use the long edge for the cheeks and forehead. Use the curved notch along the jawline from chin to ear. 3–5 slow strokes per area.

Work around active breakouts — do not stroke directly over them.

Using a sculpting spoon
03 Sculpting Spoon

Two ends,
two uses.

Apply oil or serum first. Use the pen tip for smaller areas — under-eye, nose bridge, brow line, and jawline. Use the spoon bowl for broader strokes across the cheeks and forehead. Work in short, outward strokes with light pressure. Support the skin with the opposite hand. 3–5 passes per area before moving on.

Always use very light pressure around the eye area — the skin is thinner there than on the cheeks or forehead.

04 Scalp Comb

Section
and stroke.

Part the hair to expose a section of scalp. Place the comb teeth flat against the scalp surface — not at a steep angle. Move in slow strokes from the hairline toward the crown. Work through each section systematically. 3–5 passes per section. Use on dry scalp or after applying a scalp oil or treatment.

Eye pillow in use
05 Eye Pillow

Place
and rest.

Lie down in a comfortable position. Place the eye pillow over both eyes — the weight of the fill keeps it in place without needing to hold it. Use at room temperature or chilled. To chill: place in a sealed bag in the fridge for 30–60 minutes. Do not freeze. Rest for 5–20 minutes.

Always test temperature on your wrist before placing over your eyes. Do not microwave unless the product label specifically states it is safe to do so.
