  • Statutory Rights: In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days to cancel. We extend your peace of mind with a 30-day return window for unused items in original packaging.
  • Hygiene Exemptions: For health and hygiene reasons, personal care items (such as opened eye masks or pillows) cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is broken or the item is used.
